Washington State Wine Grape: Pinot Gris (Pinot Gris is the same grape as Pinot Grigio). Dusted Valley Vintners ‘Boomtown’ Pinot Gris, Grown on the Waluke Slope and Yakima This pinot gris is bright and clean. The wine has been fermented in stainless steel and there has been no malo-lactic fermentation. This allows the ripe apple and light citrus notes to shine through. It’s aromatic and refreshing.
