Chenin Blanc is also called Steen in South Africa.  This product is extremely light and refreshing.   It is definitely a drier style with just a small amount of residual sugar.  Enjoy the light citrus and apple flavors with a salad, appetizer or on the patio.  The wine has a relatively short, acidic finish.
