My favorite brewery of all time. Island Wheat came out a couple of years ago and has been making great strides in the market. The wheat is grown on Washington Island (off the tip of Door County). Not as light as some wheat beer, but if you want something light with a little more beer taste this is your choice. Island Wheat is becoming Capitals signature beer replacing Wisconsin Amber.
