The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception!

On first nose, the Wild Horse Cabernet is bold, full-bodied, and fruit-forward in style; with aromas of cherry, mint and clove. As you enjoy, flavors of black currant, black cherry, cedar and vanilla dance on your tongue. The perfectly balanced acidity of this wine makes it a perfect match for a wide range of foods including grilled New York Strip and red wine-braised lamb shanks just to name a few.

Unlike a lot of wines, this wine WILL get even better with age! The estimated cellaring lifespan for this wine is 10-15 years.
